There are 6 main principles of Pilates. Precision, Control, Breath, Flow, Centering & Concentration. Learning to move your body with these important principles provides a huge host of benefits. During each session you’ll move your body in a way that encourages joint mobility, improved strength and a powerful connection to your core muscles. An hour of Pilates is incredibly mindful. Listening carefully to cueing and focusing on your body allows your mind time away from hectic life.

Pilates is a wonderful adjunct for other fitness disciplines. Horse riders, runners, and weight lifters to name just a few.

Pilates is for everyone. I pride my classes for being accessible, welcoming & friendly.

Classes are delivered at a Beginner/Intermediate level.
